The Syncro Gearboxes’ Slickshift is easy to fit and allows you to use your original gear stick. Within thirty minutes you can have a more modern feeling Defender, with gear selections similar to newer vehicles. The Slickshift from Syncro Gearboxes is a direct replacement for the existing pivot pin. Included in the kit is the custom design CNC machines pivot pin and anodised aluminium spacer plate as well as 4 new BZP 8mm bolts. Also included in the kit is a new CNC nylon cup to replace your old worn out one. For Defender LT77 & R380 ONLY (inc TD5 Defender) You’ll only need a pair of circlip pliers, a screw driver, 17mm, 13mm, and 10mm spanners for fitting.
