Performance- optimised air intake for all Land Rover Defender 90/110/130 with Td4 2.4 and 2.2 engine of the model years from 2007. It comes complete with the necessary fittings. The optimised air intake does away with the constrictions of the original but can be also be expanded with a snorkel. The snorkel not only enables safe driving through deeper water points with reduced risk for the engine, it also has advantages in dusty surroundings: the increased air intake at roof height ensures cleaner, less dusty air, the air filter needs to be replaced or cleaned less often. The increased air intake is not included in the price and can be ordered separately.
