PC Software Description: To operate, connect the X-431 ECU & TCU Programmer to a computer using a hole wire. Upon launching the software, the serial number is automatically detected. The activation code must be retrieved from the envelope bar of the device and activated once. Without connection, software access is restricted. ECU Data Reading & Writing Process: Select ECU type using one of two methods: Method 1: Browse by Brand > Model > Engine > ECU. Method 2: Use search functionality (by Bosch number or keyword). Obtain the ECU connection diagram via the [Direct Connection Diagram] feature. Physically connect the ECU and PCBOX as per the connection diagram. Read the chip ID. Back up and save EEPROM data.
